You must keep your pets leashed at all times in all common areas. Exceptions for NATURE PRESERVE and/or DOG PARK, but please remember: You enter and use both amenities at your own risk!
You must clean up after all of your pets. No exceptions! Pet waste stations equipped with poop bags and trash bins are located throughout the neighborhood and surrounding area (three within our common areas, one at the dog park, one outside our vehicle gate at the entrance to our neighborhood, and one on Elaine Ave.)-- please use them.
Note: Our current bags are not biodegradable or non-plastic.Until we purchase new waste stations or components, the only environmentally responsible option that will fit in our current dispensers is $14.99 for 30 bags. Please consider purchasing your own biodegradable pet waste bags for now, and please be on the lookout for any affordable, eco-friendly alternatives in boxes with dimensions smaller than 8.75" x 3" x 3". You must vaccinate and license your pet/s according to Fulton County, GA requirements.
