What "Unarmed Regulation" is all about
Unarmed regulation consists of a team of 9 cadets, a guidon, and a team commander. This team primarily focuses on the cadets' ability to sharply execute movements in synchronization and as a team. They are judged based on their appearance, marching skills, and their military bearing. These cadets also learn valuable lessons such as leadership qualities, responsibility, and commitment.

The difference in "Unarmed Exhibition"
Unarmed exhibition is an unarmed team that diverges off of regulation. This team consists of cadets who are highly precise and sharp with their movements. The team commander works with the team to create their own very complex but creative routine to show off their skills. These movements does not only consist of basic marching, it also consists perplexing choreography, formations, and sequences.
This is NOT our team, this is shown strictly to depict what exhibition looks like.
