For this project, we had to build a virtual computer by selecting and finding all the parts we would want to incorporate in them. Personally, my plan for my computer is to allow it to be all purpose, moderately fast running, and long-lasting, while ensuring all the parts are affordable and or decent quality. I decided to use PCPartPicker.com to help me find all the components of my virtual computer.

From this project, I learned that the components are definitely pricier than I imagined and that a lot of research goes into finding out which parts are decent. I think watching review videos for sure played a key factor in the research half of this project. Some components I initially had chosen happened to have bad feedback which I had to change as well. If I ever get to build my own computer in the future, I will have to manage the cost and quality of each component better and a lot of research goes into this process.
