The pool area comprises a 25m swimming pool, toilet and shower facilities and an in-built outdoor kitchen. The decks and pool surrounds have views to the foreshore and lake.
The Pool Facility COVID-19 Safety Plan has been prepared and has been implemented. This plan is available below.
Hours of Use is strictly 8 am to 10 pm.

Entry is by electronic FOB. If you don't have a FOB they can be obtained from the Community Association's Managing Agent.
Application forms to obtain or return a FOB are available below.
The contact details of the managing Agent is shown on the forms.
There is a deposit (refundable) and a charge for postage and handling (non refundable) for each FOB with a maximum of 2 per Lot.
If residents wish to use the Pool for small functions, write your name, phone number, date, time and duration on the white board. This does not mean that you have sole use of the pool during this time. Other residents are still able to use the pool.
Noise should be kept to a minimum so as not to disturb nearby residents.
Rules are there to ensure the health and safety of every pool visitor. Even though such rules can sometimes seem restrictive, they are always there for a good reason.
POOL RULES
The following rules apply to all Residents and their visitors when using the Facility:
(a) The Facility is strictly for the use of Residents and their invited visitors. Visitors must be accompanied by a Resident at all times.
(b) All minors under the age of 14 are not permitted to use the Facility unless they are accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
(c) The hours of use are displayed at the front of the Facility. The Facility must not be accessed outside these hours.
(d) No exclusive use of the Facility is permitted.
(e) The Facility is strictly a non-smoking area and no anti-social behaviour is allowed.
(f) All areas are to be left in a clean and tidy state. Glass bottles of any kind are not permitted inside the Pool Facility. The BBQ must be cleaned after use.
(g) Noise is to be kept to a minimum at all times and Residents and their visitors must be respectful of the nearest residential properties – especially when entering and leaving the Facility.
(h) Residents are to be mindful that the pool is a community facility and must be respectful of the Facility and other users at all times.
(i) No animals permitted inside the Facility.
(j) No bikes, skate boards, surf boards, large flotation devices or ball games are permitted within the Facility.
(k) No running, diving, bombing or other dangerous activities are permitted in the Facility.
(l) Residents must ensure that their visitors comply with the Facility rules at all times.
(m) Residents and visitors use the Facility at their own risk.
(n) No music is permitted in the Facility.
(o) Residents and visitors must ensure that the gate is closed after entering or leaving the Facility.
(p) Toddlers and babies must wear waterproof swim nappies when in the pool.
(q) The holding of organised and/or commercial lessons is prohibited in the pool.
