The Department of Medical Lab Technology at Malir University of Science and Technology organized a comprehensive "Four-Day Hands-on Training Workshop on Basic Microbiological Techniques" from the 23rd to the 26th of August, 2023.

Students from Malir University of Science and Technology recently took part in the Pakistan Society for Training and Development (PSTD)’23 sessions, facilitated by prominent industry leaders. The training aimed to provide guidance on the talent requirements of the market. During the sessions, the students acquired valuable knowledge on various topics, including leadership and branding for young beginners, the significance of ethics and integrity for future leaders, personality profiling by companies, self-evaluating skills, professional resilience to thrive in the workplace, career planning, resume/CV and cover letter building, how to excel in interviews, Microsoft Office, interpersonal communication skills, and keeping up-to-date with the latest digital trends.
