Meet the Tutors

Hey, my name is Angie, and I am in grade 12 this year. I’m able to tutor all grades of math, sciences, english, and socials. I speak mandarin, and I am always available to help with English for international students. Inside of school, I am very active. I enjoy participating in the yearbook team and leadership! I also enjoy debate, art, and cooking. I want to go into Medicine in the future. You can always feel free to talk to me about any of these subjects. 

Hi, my name is Luke and I am in grade 10. This is my first year as a peer tutor. I can tutor English 9-10, Math 9-10, Science 9, Socials 9, French 9, ICT 9/10, and Computer Science 11. I am also pretty good at speaking Mandarin. I enjoy a variety of extracurricular activities such as badminton, rowing, chess, and competitive mathematics. Hi, my name is Talia and I’m in grade 11 this year. I will be tutoring math, science, socials, English, French, and Spanish, all grades 9 and 10. Hi, my name is Harry. I am in grade 12 and this is my first year as a peer tutor. I am delighted to help anyone with Math or Pre-calculus 9-12, Science 9-10, English 9-11, Physics 11, Chemistry 11, ICT and Computer Science 11. Being an international student myself, I understand the struggle of learning a new language, so if you need help with English, I’m more than willing to help. Hi, my name is Nifemi and I’m in grade 11. This year, I’ll mostly be tutoring Math 9-10, Science 9-10, Socials 10, Computer Science 11 and even Spanish 9-10 but my subjects of interest/specialty are math and science. I’ve been doing martial arts for over 10 years and I’ve also been playing the violin for about 6 - 7 years in three different school orchestras.
