Journey Maps Define Goals

The goal of your journey map will be to give the scenario for someone to experience the AR product.

This is the why and the how of your project.

The journey map starts with the initial need for the product and then moves through steps of how the AR product solves a problem or explains a product. 

The AR part of the experience is only the middle of the journey map.

Questions to guide your Journey Map: 

1. Before the AR experience, how does the user get to the AR QR code or image?

2. How do they know how to use the AR code?

3. What type of device do they use?

4. What is the setting for this?

5. After they experience your AR is there a call to action?

6. What does the user do after the AR experience that reconnects them to the tangible world?

7. Is there a way for the product to be used again or is this a one time use case?
