Quick Look: Who We Are
The Singayo-Student Peer Facilitators' Circle (SPFC) of MSU-Marawi Main Campus was formed to support the Guidance and Counseling Center in reaching more students through peer-led assistance. Rooted in the Meranao value of Singayo — meaning purpose and aspiration — the organization aims to uplift students by offering support that is both relatable and compassionate. As peer facilitators, we strive to build a safe and encouraging environment where students feel heard, understood, and empowered — promoting both personal growth and meaningful connections within the MSU community.
This organization is a revived program under the MSU Division of Student Affairs, re-established to meet the growing need for accessible, student-centered support. Reviving this initiative highlights the university’s renewed commitment to mental wellness, peer connection, and holistic student development.
Now, SPFC continues to work alongside the Guidance and Counseling Center to ensure that every student feels supported, guided, and never alone in their college journey.
