If you would like to discover your "roots" and learn about your family history but you have no time and possibility to do so, please see below Magdalena's offer.
Genealogical research is tailored to the individual client's expectations and are defined prior and adjusted during the research.
If it is required, upon agreement with the client I travel to specific archives.
The research includes also non-metrical resources, i.e visit to the cemetery. If possible Magdalena aims to obtain all accessible and existing information which adds higher value beyond information contained in vital records.
I strongly believe, that using non-metrical records, not only provides new interesting information but also shows family history in a wider lens enhancing its historical value.
Basic fee is 100 PLN (25 USD/22 EUR) per hour which includes research in archives, translation of vital records and its resources.
Additionally, the client needs to take into consideration the cost associated with travel to and from archives, fees associated with access to the resources (depending on archive range is from 10 to 20 PLN per hour) and "room and board" fees, if required.
Final estimate will be communicated to the client once the scope of research is defined and agreed upon.
Additionally, as a certified guide, Magdalena assists also these clients who are interested in visiting their ancestral places. For that purpose she develops specific and individually tailored programmes allowing to visit those places and obtain additional local information which enhances discovery of family roots.
