Evaluations
Verbal feedback will be given on a regular basis. You will also meet 1:1 with Connie at regular intervals for more detailed evaluations.
Your Evaluation portfolio will also consist of:
Staff evaluations 4x per year (you can access the evaluations at any time)
Milestones from the SSR website
Grapevine results (if you are a post-grad, final signing fellow)
Case tracking (we will also be tracking the number of cases (XR, CT, MR, RF) you have read/performed each month, and this information is also available to you at any time)
Conference attendance
You will be asked to evaluate the rotations, the program, and the staff twice a year via New Innovations, but you are welcome to speak to Connie at any time if you have any concerns, questions, or suggestions. If you have an issue that you would like to talk to a neutral mediator for, please contact Eric Nadel (enadel@partners.org).
Graduation from the program requires successful completion of all duties and satisfactory evaluations from all staff. If the fellow does not meet standards, s/he may be placed in Remediation. If the fellow still does not meet standards, they may be placed on Probation and subsequently employment may be terminated or the fellow may not be granted certification of fellowship completion. Please discuss with Connie if you have any concerns about the evaluation process.
