Want to earn CEUs for participating in this year's 12 Days of Techmas? It is easy!
Each day, there will be a task to complete based on the tool for that day. Complete the Form below and share your completed task. At the end of the 12 Days of Techmas, you will receive a certificate for the days you participated in. If you complete all 12 tasks, you can earn up to 6 hours of Digital Learning renewal credit.
Your Day 5 task is to take any single design (a presentation, poster, or worksheet) in your Canva account and generate three different types of sharing links that demonstrate your understanding of access control. You do not need to share them with a real person—just generate the link.
Generate the "Can View" Link:
Click the Share button.
Change the Link Access to "Anyone with the link".
Set the Permission to "Can view".
Take a screenshot of this setting.
Generate the "Can Edit" Link:
Still in the Share menu, change the Permission to "Can edit".
Take a separate screenshot of this setting.
Generate the "Template Link":
Click the three dots (...) or look for the option to "Share template link".
Take a screenshot of the window that pops up with the Template Link.
To get credit for today's activity, create a document (Google Doc or Word) and add the screenshots of each link type.
To submit your Day 5 task, complete the 12 Days of Techmas CEU Form
Don't have time to work on today's task? That's okay! You can work on these throughout the holiday break and January.
