For Individual Assignments (Student Copies) - Each student has their own copy
Create Activity: Design your whiteboard activity (e.g., a template for brainstorming).
Assign: Use Canva's assignment tool to assign it through Google Classroom or create a shareable link that gives each student their own editable copy.
For Collaborative Work (Real-Time) - Everyone in the Same File
Open your whiteboard: Click the "Share" button in the top right corner of the editor.
Choose the sharing method:
Email: Type student emails and set access (edit/comment/view).
Link: Change "Access level" to "Anyone with the link" and set permissions (edit/comment/view).
Copy & Share: Copy the link and post it in Google Classroom or your LMS, or send via email. Students with edit access see each other's cursors and actions.
