I believe that every student should have the right to an equal, encouraging, appropriate, and challenging education. I believe that every student should have access to everything that they need in order to succeed in the classroom. I believe that it is our job as educators to provide these things and I plan to do so in my own classroom. I plan on making my classroom feel welcoming and home like for each of my students. I believe that every student should feel included and welcome no matter their background and I hope every student feels this way upon entering my classroom. I believe in being there for each of my students and I plan to do so in every way.
