Twitter

My Twitter handle is @mrsthompson05. I use Twitter in my classroom to share our learning! Twitter is a great resource for educators, serving with benefits to teachers, parents, and students. Through Twitter, students understand that learning is not limited to inside the classroom, they are active participants taking ownership of their learning, classroom engagement is boosted, and students get to look back at their learning throughout the year. Students need to be at least 13 years of age to even have a Twitter account, so this means of communication is for parents. Parents are welcome to follow me to see inside our classroom! You will not miss any valuable information if you do not follow, so it is okay if this is not for you!
