Hi students and parents!
I hope everyone is well. I will miss teaching you in PE class while we are not at school, but the good news is you have all of the tools and knowledge you need to keep your body healthy during this time. If the weather is nice, and it's safe, go outside and play in your yard. Take a walk. Shoot some hoops. Try to stay active every day.
On the website I've included links to resources and activities, but they are not exhaustive. Check out sites like GoNoodle, Just Dance, and Would You Rather Workout ; there are LOTS of workouts and ideas online.
