Hi! Below you will find SEL information to help you in your classroom along with self-care and mindfullness tips for yourself. "Teachers who take care of themselves are able to take better care of their students" therefore I want to encourage you to practice mindfulness and self-care so you can be the best version of you in your everyday life and in your classroom.
-Once you identify the issues, create a plan to address the issues you can control and work on letting go of the ones you cannot. Mindfulness is a great tool to use here!
