I can communicate weekly to parents via the method they prefer
I can also send communicatoin to parents with postive news (I feel like I often only talk to parents when there is an issue) I would like to break this norm.

I can continue to develop professional developments to stay current on latest strategies and technology that can help improve my current teaching practices.
I can continue to build peer relationships with my staff and peers at my site
To keep my energy up and be motivated as well as passionate about my students, teaching and learning I need to remember to take time for self care. Taking care of my own mental needs is important in order to be able to excell in all areas of teaching. I also need be more flexible and ready to take on ambuguity. These are all key in order to be my best self which will reflect both in my personal and professional practices.
