What am I Most Proud of:

• I am most proud of peer relationships I have made with my staff, students and mentors. Its important to have strong relationships with the people I work with because it can make all the difference. I feel my staff respect me and this shows through when they work with my students. As for connecting with my students, I noticed the more I got to know them the more they were invested in what they were being taught. I've also gained their trust which allows for vulnerable classroom discussions where everyone feels safe to participate.
