Vision for Professional Development
The leader of the school should choose appropriate professional development that will promote growth in needed areas. The leader should encourage all staff to engage in professional development activities that are relevant to their specific content area and their own personal growth goals.
Artifact Description: This artifact shows that I was a mentor for a first-year teacher. I had never been a mentor prior to this experience and I am thankful that I had this experience while taking my administration courses. I was able to be a mentor, but also guide as an administrator would.

Artifact Description: This plan was created to give teachers a plan and resources to help Hampton School return to an "Exemplary" rating from the State of Illinois. All areas of the state designation were analyzed, an action plan created, and resources purchased to support teachers.
