Philosophy of Leadership
I believe that a great leader will motivate staff to continue to learn and grow, while building on the strengths they already possess. A great leader will also promote collaboration amongst the staff by building a community based on mutual respect.
Artifact Description: This is the signature page from our district contract. This shows that I have been voted Union President by my colleagues. As Union President, I have been involved in meetings where staff members have been let go and have also been involved in contract negotiations.
