I hope this email finds you well.

As I approach my senior year, having teachers who understand my skills and academic strengths is essential for a well-rounded and insightful letter of recommendation. My experience with Mr. Hutchings as my INS 10 teacher last year was invaluable. I acquired numerous skills that are applicable to my future career, and even though I am not currently in his class, I have continued to seek his guidance during times of confusion and academic stress in G11.

Given the positive impact Mr. Hutchings has had on my academic journey, I kindly request that he be assigned as my US History 12 teacher for the 2024-2025 school year.

I was fortunate to have Mr. Hutchings as a teacher and advisor during my high school years. He was an amazing educator who truly loved his job and cared deeply about his students' success. He taught me in the 10th grade and he really made the course enjoyable but also made sure we really understood the material. He has greatly influenced my life, both in school and beyond, and I am very thankful for that. Additionally, I had the opportunity to work with Mr. Hutchings when I became the Secretary General of the Model United Nations. He took on the role of advisor, where his advice and expertise were incredibly helpful. His dedication and great mentorship have had a lasting impact on me, and I'm truly grateful for his guidance.

I highly recommend Mr. Hutchings as a teacher who really knows how to challenge and help his students. In his class, he always pushed me to do better, but he was also there to support me when I needed it. His assignments were tough, but they helped me learn a lot, and he always encouraged me to keep going, even when things got hard. Especially considering that he taught me during COVID when we had online classes, he made me enjoy learning new things and helped me overcome any stressors I had as if we were doing in school learning. Mr. Hutchings also cares a lot about his students, and I'm thankful for how much he's helped me grow. I think he's a great teacher who can help you do your best, and I'm grateful that I was a student in his class.

Mr. Hutchings not only imparted a deep understanding of history and society but also went above and beyond to support me during the college application process. His dedication to his students' success was evident in his willingness to provide guidance, feedback, and encouragement every step of the way. I’m really happy to recommend Mr. Harold Hutchings as a teacher and project supervisor. He has always been honest and fair, in which he embodied the role of a mentor rather than merely a teacher. He always fostered an environment of holistic development. As a result, this made my journey in working on my personal project with him really great. I hope you are enjoying this break, and I am aware that school has ended over a month ago however, I would like to thank you for this unforgettable school year. Although unfortunately it has been cut short and we didn’t get to say our proper goodbyes, I am very grateful I had you as my teacher this year, even through tough times you managed to keep my motivated and allowed me to work to my full potential, even when we were not physically all together in class.
