As we learned in our introduction, the Roman Empire was vast and it wouldn't have last for so long without the contributins of the people who lived in it. But who were these people? What role did they play in making the Roman Empire so successful? What were their daily lives like? This is were you come in. As groups you will explore the lives of everyday people in Ancient Rome. You will be assigned civilians that lived in this ancient time and explore their lives. You'll have to answer questions like what did you do? Where did live? Did they have a role in contributing to the Roman Empire? Where their lives even impacted by the long reach of the Empire? What was their nameĀ and did they have a family? These are examples of question you will want to explore while researching for this activity. Explore the role and investigate what life was like for them during this time.
