How do I schedule a tour?
All adult visitors are required to submit an ID to Tour Now. Self-guided tours are offered daily 8am - 5pm
Tours with the Property Manager require pre-qualification and pre-scheduling. Click here to Pre-Qualify.
Are your properties pet-friendly? What is your pet policy?
A one-time refundable security deposit for EACH PET (cat or dog) is required.
Tenants with pets (cats or dogs) are also required to pay a non-refundable rental fee per month for each pet (cats & dogs) based on weight.

Do you accept vouchers like (Section 8, Salvation Army, SAVE-INC, etc.)?
Yes, however we do not have any properties that are exclusively for voucher recipients and the screening report and our rental application is required for all applicants.
We do not include any utilities in the rent payment.
Do you accept payments from other organizations on a tenant's behalf?
We don't know much about all the various organizations that offer rental assistance but we have NO PROBLEMS accepting payments from any organizations on a tenant's behalf.
However, we do not include any utilities in the rent payment.
We evaluate each situation on a case by case basis. We always encourage prospective tenants to view the house in person and if you are interested, you can discuss your payment situation further with us.
May I smoke inside your properties?
All our properties are non-smoking. Anyone (all guests, all prospective tenants, all tenants, and all occupants) who smoke will be expected to smoke outside the property at ALL times.
What are my responsibilities as a Davis Realty LLC tenant?
Read and understand all the responsibilities outlined in the lease you sign which include but are not limited to:
☆ Paying your rent on time every month as agreed in the lease you sign
☆ Paying all your utilities - no paid utilities are included with our properties
☆ Obtain and keep renter's insurance for the entire duration of your lease
☆ Taking care of the lawn - lawn care is the tenant's responsibility
☆ Ensuring no one smokes inside the property - all our properties are non-smoking
