Yoga has been a truly transformative practice in my life, especially as I’ve navigated the challenges of chronic pain. It has not only helped me manage my physical discomfort but also supported my mental and emotional well-being. I’m passionate about sharing the profound benefits of yoga with others, particularly in ways that can help people feel more connected to their bodies and minds.
In my teaching, I focus on creating a personalized experience for each student, whether that means building strength, improving flexibility, or simply finding a moment of calm. Yoga’s power lies in its ability to ease tension, promote relaxation, and bring balance to both the body and mind. I strive to make every session supportive and accessible, meeting my students where they are in their practice.
My goal is for each person to leave the mat feeling more at peace, more connected, and with a deeper sense of well-being—just as I’ve experienced in my own journey with yoga. I’m incredibly grateful to be able to guide others in this healing practice.

Hatha: A traditional practice focusing on alignment, strength, and flexibility.
Vinyasa: A dynamic flow of poses synchronized with breath to build strength and improve endurance.
Hatha Flow: A slower-paced flow combining elements of Hatha and Vinyasa, with an emphasis on mindful movement.
Yin: A deeply restorative practice with long-held, passive poses to target the connective tissue and promote deep relaxation.
Restorative: Gentle, nurturing poses supported by props to encourage relaxation and stress relief.
Chair Yoga: A modified practice designed for those with limited mobility or those seeking a gentler approach to yoga.
Dance Fusion: A lively blend of yoga and dance that encourages movement and creative expression.
Ballet Flow: A graceful fusion of yoga and ballet-inspired movements to build strength, flexibility, and fluidity.
Partner Yoga: Partner yoga involves two people working together to enhance poses, balance, and stretches through mutual support, trust, and communication.
