Dance has always been a way for me to express myself, and I love helping others find that same freedom in movement. With over a decade of teaching experience, I’m passionate about creating a safe, encouraging space for my students to explore their creative potential. Whether it’s learning a new style, improving technique, or building confidence, every dance lesson is an opportunity to discover something new about your body and your rhythm. I believe in a holistic approach to teaching dance, where technique and self-expression go hand in hand.
My teaching philosophy is rooted in creating a nurturing and supportive environment for dancers of all levels, from beginners to advanced competitors. My expertise spans a range of styles, including ballet, pointe, contemporary, modern, jazz, acrobatics, lyrical, and more. Drawing on my experience in figure skating, I also offer specialized off-ice training, which includes strength and flexibility exercises, dance instruction, and figure skating choreography, serving clients across Canada.
