To ensure conformance with the requirements and limitations set forth in the covenants, all exterior construction, remodeling, renovation, repainting, and other activities impacting the outer shape, size, location, and/or appearance of all structures within the MP2 HOA must be approved in writing by the Board of Directors before implementation.

Approval is to be requested by way of a Construction Compliance Form submitted to a member of the Covenants Committee. That member reviews the proposed work in relation to the covenants and brings the form before the full Board of Directors with a recommendation for approval or disapproval. If disapproved, the Board will work with the submitter in an effort to modify the proposal so that it conforms to the covenants.
