Community Assistance Services (CAS)

What is CAS?

CAS is a subcommittee of the Morris County Continuum of Care Executive Committee, whose goal is to end homelessness. Members work collaboratively through a network of committees and subcommittees to achieve various goals. CAS has regular presentations from local organizations who work with at risk or homeless populations, discusses barriers and gaps in the housing system and proposes solutions to improve the system.  Take a look at our CAS orientation video to learn more!
