CAS Membership

The Morris County Community Assistance Services (CAS) Committee is an open, public meeting, which means anyone from the community can join and participate. However, only members may cast a vote when important decisions are made. CAS members are expected to attend at least 75% of the meetings annually. CAS members also are asked to review meeting materials before each meeting, participate and provide insight and informed opinions throughout the meetings and bring information back to their agencies. CAS friends have the same access but do not have voting rights.

Please note that email updates are sent to CAS members and friends pertaining to the CAS Committee and its subcommittee, the Provider Resource Committee (PRC). This is in an effort to distribute information to the entire CAS community in a clear and consistent manner. If you only wish to participate in one committee, you may disregard any meeting invitations that are not relevant to you.

If you would like to sign up to be a member or a friend, please complete the Membership Application below.
