A Santa Fe Retreat Experience
The Prelude: Cultivating Connection Before You Arrive
The experience begins with a private WhatsApp group, a virtual community where attendees can introduce themselves, share their excitement, coordinate travel arrangements, and start building the bonds that will deepen throughout the retreat.
To help everyone have the best retreat available, each participant will have a 10 minute one-on-one Zoom conversation with Beth in March 2026.
Thursday April 9: Arrival and the Art of Coming Together
Arrival to Santa Fe & Albuquerque: Whether you're flying into Albuquerque's Sunport and making the scenic hour-long drive through the high desert landscape, or arriving directly into Santa Fe's smaller regional airport, transportation coordination assistance is offered as part of your retreat attendance.
Welcome Reception: The Gathering of Kindred Spirits: Gather with your fellow attendees for the Welcome Reception, catching up with old friends and welcoming new faces.
Evening Yoga with Beth: Grounding into Presence: Wind down your travel day with an Evening Yoga session led by Beth. After the stimulation of new surroundings and introductions, this yoga practice offers a chance to settle into your body, quiet the mental chatter, and ground yourself fully in the present moment. Each day, a yoga practice will be offered, with Beth, a fellow trained EP, or one of the hotel's practitioners.
Friday, April 10: Deep Exploration and Artistic Immersion
Continental Breakfast: Nourishment and Morning Connection: Each morning begins with a Continental Breakfast, providing more than just sustenance, but a chance for informal conversation over coffee.
Private Tour of Georgia O'Keeffe Museum: Walking in the Footsteps of Vision: Begin the day with a private tour of the Georgia O'Keeffe Museum. This isn't a rushed walk-through crowded galleries—this is an intimate encounter with the work and life of one of America's most iconic artists, whose vision was inextricably linked to the New Mexico landscape you're now inhabiting.
More to Say Session: The Courage of Deep Conversation: After the museum visit, the retreat shifts from observation to participation with a "More to Say" session. This is where the group moves beyond pleasantries and surface-level exchange into territory that matters—into the questions, challenges, and topics that deserve more time, more attention, more collective wisdom than our normal lives typically allow.
Visit to Meow Wolf Santa Fe: Imagination Unleashed: If the morning was about contemplation and depth, the evening is about joy, wonder, and unbridled creativity. Meow Wolf is an immersive art installation housed in a sprawling 20,000+ square foot space—a kaleidoscopic, mind-bending environment where rooms open into impossible dimensions, where everyday objects become portals to other worlds, and where visitors become active participants in a surreal narrative.
Saturday, April 11: Sharing Gifts and Culinary Adventure
Presentation Party: Celebrating Individual Passions: Saturday kicks off with a Presentation Party, a celebration of knowledge, passion, and the unique perspectives each attendee brings. A platform to share something you genuinely care about with an audience that's genuinely interested. Participants will take turns presenting on topics they're passionate about, whether that's a hobby they've devoted years to, a cause they care deeply about, a body of research they've conducted, a creative project they've undertaken, or simply an idea that fascinates them.
Cooking Class at Santa Fe School of Cooking: The Alchemy of New Mexican Cuisine: This class immerses you in the techniques, ingredients, and cultural heritage of New Mexican cuisine, which draws from indigenous Pueblo traditions, Spanish colonial influences, and Mexican culinary practices to create something entirely unique. Under the guidance of expert instructors, you'll learn to prepare traditional dishes, understanding not just the "how" but the "why"—the history and culture embedded in each recipe, the ways food creates and sustains community, and the pride New Mexicans take in their distinctive culinary identity.
Murder Mystery on Sky Railway: Theatrical Adventure Under the Stars: This isn't a passive entertainment—it's an immersive experience where you and your fellow attendees become characters in an unfolding drama, working together to solve a fictional crime aboard a scenic railway. As the train winds through the landscape, you'll receive clues, interrogate suspects, form alliances, develop theories, and ultimately attempt to solve the mystery.
Sunday, April 12: Reflection, Gratitude, and New Beginnings
Departure / Explore the City: Choosing Your Ending: The retreat concludes with flexibility, honoring that people have different needs as intensive group experiences end. Some will need to depart immediately, returning to the airports and the obligations of regular life. For those who stay, Santa Fe offers endless possibilities: the historic Plaza with its portal lined with Native American artisans selling their work, the Canyon Road gallery district with over a hundred art galleries, the Loretto Chapel with its mysterious spiral staircase, the numerous museums, churches, and cultural sites, or simply wandering the adobe-lined streets, stopping in cafes, absorbing the unique atmosphere of a city where three cultures have blended for centuries.
The Container: Exclusive Use of Hacienda Building
Throughout the entire retreat, we will enjoy exclusive use of the Hacienda building (with the exception of the gym and spa, which are shared amenities), including 24 hour access to the lounge, serving as our hospitality suite. Whether you wake early and want quiet space with coffee and a journal, are energized after an evening activity and want to continue conversations into the night, need a midday break between scheduled events, or you simply want to curl up with a book in comfortable surroundings, the hospitality suite welcomes you.
