Standard King Room

Solo Ticket (or shared with guest not attending retreat)- $2,250
Double Ticket (2 people attending retreat in a shared room)- $3,570

Because of limited space, each EP membership can purchase up to two tickets to the retreat. If you'd like to bring along your partner, a friend, or family member to stay with you in your hotel room but not attend the retreat, you are welcome to do that as well! That person may join us for breakfasts and evening happy hours, but will be free to enjoy Santa Fe on their own during the rest of the retreat activities. Please indicate how many retreat tickets you are interested in purchasing as well as what type of room you would prefer on the interest form.

Ticket Drawing Information

Due to anticipated high demand and limited capacity for this retreat, we will be conducting a random drawing to determine attendees. All interested participants are welcome to enter.

How It Works

Entry Process: Beginning November 3rd, complete this Google form to express your interest and be entered into the drawing. The deadline to enter the form is November 16th.

Weighted Selection: To honor long-term commitment to the community, the drawing will be weighted based on tenure as an Executive Producer. Each participant will receive one entry for every year they have been an Executive Producer.

Selection: Winners will be drawn randomly from the pool of weighted entries and notified November 21st, and those selected will have until December 5th to purchase their tickets. If selected participants are unable to attend, we will draw from the remaining entries to fill those spots. A payment plan will be available for event attendees. After making your payment, you will receive a welcome packet which will include a Google form to indicate preferences, and additional details about the event and location, along with access to the WhatsApp Group.

We understand that limited capacity means not everyone who wishes to attend will be able to join us this time, and we're grateful for your understanding as we work to create an intimate, meaningful experience for all participants.
