What a fantastic time we had on our inaugural coastal foraging event. Moray's beautiful coastline is a treasure trove of fabulous plant life to explore.
We had great conditions for a paddle to the cove and back, shore foraging and a cook out on the beach. On the menu:
~ Wrack and sugar kelp crisps
~ Sea lettuce oatcakes
~ Seaweed and shiitake mushroom soup
