 The Club is committed to ensuring that everyone who paddles with us feel safe.  

We appreciate that we have additional responsibilities towards the protection of children and adults from harm and abuse. 

We commit to following all SCA policies and guidance on safeguarding children.

The safeguarding officer will be responsible for the checks to be undertaken for club volunteers, where required.  The safeguarding officer will ensure that all coaches and volunteers are familiar with the SCA’s safeguarding policies and are clear what do to do following any disclosure or allegation.
