TEACHING PHILOSOPHY 

My philosophy of education is that every student is unique and should be presented with opportunities that help them on their learning journey.  I believe that  

1) Teachers need to act as a guide in the classroom,  

2) students need hands-on activities,  

3) student choice is a key competent to success,  

4) students need multiple opportunities to practice the skills they are learning in a variety of ways, and  

5) technology should be utilized in the classroom regularly.
