Emotion Regulation

When we are upset, sad, mad etc. our bodies react and hold stress. Breathing is a natural way to help our bodies calm down. When our bodies get calm our brain can actually come back online and we can make good choices. Sometimes it might seem weird to do breathing exercises.... Do them anyway! Try them out and see which works best for you!
