Enrollment

Once you have completed a tour and submitted an application, an offer of enrollment will be determined based on the balance needs of the learning environment and the number of spots available.  Should an offer be extended, enrollment forms and a non-refundable enrollment fee will be collected.  Tuition Contracts and payments will be collected before the start of attendance.

Enrollment Criteria 

A thriving Montessori environment depends on a balance of carefully curated components that support the child’s natural development. Here are a few of the key components considered (but not limited to) when aiming to balance and support the Montessori environment:  

• Balance of age groups within the classroom environment

• Balance of gender within the classroom environment 

• Balance of independent learners to learners needing additional supports

Consideration for filling open spots will be guided by the need to maintain a balanced Montessori learning environment.  This means that there is no predetermined order for when or if a student in the waiting pool will be offered a seat for the upcoming learning year.  Acceptance will be based on the overall balance of the learning environment and the number of available spots.  This approach ensures that both teachers and students are supported, allowing the learning environment to flourish.
