• By creating a culture that is collaborative, involves shared practice, collective responsibility and pedagogical change to achieve continuous improvement and improved individual student outcomes.

• The learning needs of students drives the professional learning and practice of teachers.

At Monterey Secondary college through our PLT's we aim to:

• Continue to build a culture of collaborative practice in the school

• Support teachers to prepare for effective teaching & learning

• Ensure students receive high quality teaching that is differentiated to meet their learning needs in every classroom
