PDP Process for 2023
The performance and development process in 2023 provides the opportunity for employees to choose to undertake the standard Performance and Development Plan (PDP) process or an alternative Statement of Expectation.
If staff elect to complete the normal PDP process they will be required to set 3 goals linked to the Domains of teaching (professional knowledge, professional, practice and professional engagement) and 1 goal linked to student outcomes. This will all need to be recorded in Edupay and will involve a mid-cycle and end of cycle review to assess progress against your goals.
Staff selecting the Statement of Expectation process are not required to complete any routine documentation or monitoring in eduPay. The 2023 Statement of Expectation for all employees is aligned to the key improvement strategies of learning and wellbeing. All employees are encouraged to consider how they contribute to these areas as appropriate to their role and setting. Staff selecting the Statement of Expectation will follow the process below.
