One of the goals of the Montana SIM Project is to create and nurture an in-state cadre of SIM Professional Developers and Specialists to ensure long-term sustainability of SIM in Montana. The SIM Micro-Credentialing Program was created to help! SIM Specialists are qualified to instruct and coach teachers in a specific SIM Learning Strategy or Content Enhancement Routine. SIM Professional Developers are qualified to instruct and coach teachers in any of the SIM Learning Strategies or Content Enhancement Routines.
