TEA AT THE TOP is £30 per person or INCLUDING PROSECCO £45 per person 

Tea At The Top in its secluded setting in the open air at the top of the tower is designed for special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries or even proposals! 

We can only accommodate bookings of up to 4 people at a time and there are outdoor heaters and blankets for weather conditions. If it is very rainy on the day you have booked there is the choice to move inside to the mezzanine landing midway up the tower.

Public Access To The Open Roof Top 

For safety reasons we will endeavourer to always have a steward available to escort the general public to the top of the Tower to see the unique stunning views over the Solent and Appley park and sands. 

-The tower is unfortunately unable to accommodate disability access to the upper floors.-

(£100 deposit and £200 to pay later, a month before the exhibition)

Fee includes:

• An exhibition poster and advertisement on all Monkton Arts social media pages and a PDF for you to share and print

• A gallery opening night. OPTIONAL: canapes and soft drinks + £30

• No Commission taken on sales

• Card machine use

• Galleries will need to be stewarded from 10.30am - 4.00pm. 

We do have a handful of loyal volunteers to fill in the occasional day if you are unable to steward all days of your exhibition. Please get in touch to discuss if you will need to use this volunteer service so that we can ensure all opening hours are covered. 

There is the possibility that the tower can be open longer hours, especially throughout the summer months if required; this can be discussed on an individual basis. 

There will always be another person at the tower so that you are not alone. They will assist anyone with the souvenir stand and to accompany visitors through your exhibition to the top of the tower if they so wish.

Invite to The Fantasy Fairytale Tower - £12 per child

For the week of Halloween, the fairies and elves of the ancient Appley Park and woodland come out of hiding to celebrate the Celtic 3rd harvest of Samhain at the fantasy Fairytale Tower. 

The experience includes:

• A personalised invite to the tower

• A magical and theatrical story telling experience in the tower

• Followed by  a tour to the roof of the tower for a photo opportunity with the Appley fairy

• Ending with a magical gift for your child to take home to remember their magical experience  

There will be 3 time slots a day to choose from, hosting no more than 15 children in a group, in order to keep it intimate and special for each child. Each session will last approximately 45 mins. We are allocating 1 hour slots to allow for arrival and leaving time:

Daytime Experience

£10 for a personalised pack containing:

• A personalised invite to come to the tower and meet Mother or Father Christmas 

• a Christmas wish list to fill in and give back to mother or Father Christmas on arrival which they will take back to the north pole after their 2 week stay at the tower. 

On arrival to Appley Tower's Victorian Winter Grotto at your allotted time, you will get to meet Mother (a maybe less overwhelming experience than the traditional Father Christmas!) or Father Christmas, and receive an Appley Tower themed gift as well as the use of our Victorian Grotto photo booth

Invite to Ostara's spring celebration - £10 per child

Ostara, the Pagan goddess who brings the spring to Appley park each year, is inviting you to join her for her spring celebration, at appley tower.  

The experience includes:

• A personalised invite

• A magical story telling experience in the tower

• A token finding hunt in Appley park and woodland

• Ending with an egg giving ceremony for each child and photo opportunities

There will be 3 time slots a day to choose from, hosting no more than 15 children in a group, in order to keep it intimate and special for each child. Each session will last approximately 45 mins. We are allocating 1 hour slots to allow for arrival and leaving time:
