Trivone Digital Services Pvt Ltd, shortly as Trivone, is a new age marketing agency committed to leverage content to start conversations and build communities. Located in Lower Parel, South Mumbai, it has clients from various industries. It also runs an in-house sports website, named Khelnama.com!
How did it all begin?
I applied through one of their job ads and followed up through LinkedIn; I was then called up for an interview and was given a task to complete within a time-frame.
I sent the assignment back before the deadline, got selected, and joined them within 20 days since my application (as much I can recall now).
My role at Trivone
As an Intern, I was responsible for handling and monitoring Khelnama's social media presence.
With them, I covered sports other than cricket; worked alongside the Team Leader and Graphic Designer to keep the social media pages up-to-date.
I also wrote articles on cricket and around IPL 6, helped fellow colleagues in all things cricket as needed with their respective work, and kept the Khelnama community on social media abuzz with constant engagement with the fans.

Achievements
I did my first social media campaign with them, and ended my internship with three: #SachinNama, #khelQUIZ, and Khelnama Champions Ka Champion. In fact, #SachinNama was the first-ever contest done for brand Khelnama.
Also, activated their Google+ channel and optimised YouTube channel in my capacity. And, suggested a change in how social media links are positioned on the Khelnama website.
I covered IPL 2013, Champions Trophy 2013, Wimbledon 2013, and French Open 2013 among other series / tournaments during my time-period at the company.
Other than working with a decent audience base (collectively 30K-plus roughly), I learned the importance of content planning; value of design in creatives, cover images, and logo; role of covering LIVE events in building a brand + doing campaigns around them in the social sphere; and how to use social media analytics to improve / test content themes.
