Lexile measures provide a scientific approach for matching students with ability-appropriate texts. Lexile measures help differentiate instruction and monitor growth in reading, putting students on the path to success in school, college and career.

Create a reading list with FinD a Book

Educators can easily build custom reading lists for students using the free “Find a Book” tool. You can choose books based on subject and Lexile level and then look up in the WRHS Library Catalog to see what is available.

1. Go to fab.Lexile.com.
2. Enter the student’s lexile measure or use the 'comfort level' tool to determine.
3. Select the interest categories.
4. View and refine the search results.
5. Add books to a reading list, print, email etc.
6. Search the WRHS Library catalog to see what books are available.

Note: You can search the catalog by Lexile range but the fab.Lexile.com tool provides you with more 'search' options.
