Radiogenomics HuB and services

India generates a lot of patient data every year in the field of precision oncology. However, the discussion of doctors over difficult cases occurs through individual connect, molecular tumor boards and twitter. We are building a completely searchable data portal for Oncologists to search for specific patient types and learn from each others practice.

Eventually from the collected data, Artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms will be created and made available to the collaborators. These AI algorithms as products will be deployable in the precision oncology clinics where they may predict the causal genes and pathogenic mutations right from the CT image of the tumor.

The eventual goal of the effort is to create a comprehensive and searchable data portal for India's oncologists. Create and provide AI products to Indian oncologists which could be deployed in precision oncology clinics.
