Opportunities

Our lab works at the interface of physics, biology, nanotechnology. We use computer simulations to study the properties of biological systems. Prior knowledge of basic programming and computational chemistry can be useful. We are actively looking for motivated and enthusiastic students to pursue research in the field students in the area of computational biophysics and bioinformatics. Open Positions 

PhD Postions

Two Ph.D. positions are currently available in our group in the area of computational studies of nano-bio systems. Candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a Master degree (MSc) in any allied area of Physics, Chemistry or Life Sciences with a valid JRF or GATE score are eligible to apply. Postdoctoral Positions

We look forward to hosting postdoctoral fellows under NPDF and DS Kothari fellowship. Interested persons are encouraged to write to lab PI Dr Joshi which can help in writing the proposals to various funding agencies. 

M.Tech Projects

M.Tech  students of IIT Hyderabad are requested to approach PI, Dr. Joshi for discussing the availability of the research projects.

We are highly interested in collaborating with various experimental labs in academia as well as industry and working together toward a shared goal. We believe that science is better done in collaboration.
