In the "Sudoku Basics: Classic & Killer for Beginners" project, I conducted an engaging online teaching session as part of the National Training Week 2024 (NTW 2024) event. The session, held on June 24, 2024, via Google Meet, aimed to introduce participants to the fundamentals of Sudoku, including both classic and killer variants. With 12 participants, the course covered the structure and rules of the game, basic solving techniques, and the personal benefits of playing Sudoku. The session also featured a live demonstration and an interactive activity using Kahoot, enhancing participant engagement and learning. This project aimed to provide a comprehensive introduction to Sudoku, promote cognitive skills, and increase participant involvement in NTW 2024.
In the "Promotional Posters for NTW 2024 Courses" project, I dedicated myself to creating engaging and visually appealing posters for several exciting events and courses, including "Pocket Talk: Scenic," "Pocket Talk: NK Robotics," "Pocket Talk: North Borneo E-Sport," and "Asas Bermain Sudoku: Klasik dan Killer untuk Pemula." This project, part of the National Training Week 2024 (NTW 2024) event, aimed to attract and inform potential participants about these diverse offerings. The final posters will be used across various platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and physical postings, to ensure maximum reach and engagement. This effort not only aims to boost participation in these specific courses and talks but also to enhance the overall visibility and impact of NTW 2024.
This project represents the culmination of my academic journey, serving as my final year endeavor during the last semester of 2021. The primary objective of this research undertaking was to delve into the intricate interplay between economic, social, and environmental factors, dissecting their collective influence on the demand for ecotourism within the Kudat district of Sabah. To ensure a robust investigation, a quantitative research design was meticulously employed. The cornerstone of data collection was a comprehensive questionnaire, thoughtfully designed and administered to a meticulously chosen, random sample of Kudat district residents. This method facilitated the extraction of insightful insights directly from the community.
The subsequent data analysis process unfolded utilizing the potent Social Science Statistics Package (SPSS). This advanced tool enabled both descriptive and inferential analyses to be meticulously executed, leading to a comprehensive understanding of the research data. By intertwining these analytical dimensions, the research outcomes not only provided a holistic overview but also allowed for the identification of significant trends, patterns, and correlations. In essence, this project exemplifies not only my academic prowess but also my ability to orchestrate a comprehensive research endeavor, combining theory, practical application, and rigorous analysis. The culmination of this research fosters a deeper appreciation for the multifaceted dynamics that steer ecotourism demand within the Kudat district while contributing substantively to the academic discourse within this domain.
The project titled "Industrial Relations System in China" stands as a testament to our group's in-depth exploration of the complex industrial landscape in two distinct Asian nations. This collaborative effort served as a dynamic platform to dissect, analyze, and juxtapose the industrial relations frameworks of China and Malaysia, highlighting both their shared features and unique aspects. With an overarching goal to comprehend the intricacies of industrial relations, our group embarked on a comprehensive study comparing the practices and regulations governing labor relations, employment rights, trade unions, and collective bargaining in China and Malaysia. The project was fueled by an innate curiosity to unravel how these two nations manage the delicate balance between economic growth, worker welfare, and harmonious industrial relations. As a unified output of our group's collaborative efforts, this project embodies our commitment to scholarly exploration and cooperative teamwork. The insights gleaned from dissecting the industrial relations systems in China and Malaysia enrich our collective understanding of diverse labor environments. Our project stands as a testament to our ability to critically evaluate complex systems and present our findings coherently, reflecting our dedication to rigorous academic inquiry and the pursuit of knowledge.
