In the "Creating a Budget with Microsoft Excel" on Coursera, I immersed myself in a hands-on experience that enhanced my practical skills in financial management and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. This project focused on developing a comprehensive budget by applying fundamental bookkeeping principles and harnessing Excel's robust features for precise data analysis and visualization. This project not only refined my technical skills but also deepened my understanding of financial processes, providing a practical foundation for informed decision-making. The acquired expertise in budgeting and Excel proficiency positions this project as a valuable asset in my portfolio, showcasing my commitment to excellence in financial management.

This is a side project I did for my client where I used Google Sheets with efficiently handling tasks like data entry—entering and updating information smoothly. My role extends to proactively identifying and resolving missing or incomplete data, ensuring data accuracy. Additionally, I excel in maintaining organized and current transaction records, contributing to efficient record keeping practices.

In my role as an International Quality Controlat J&T Express SDN BHD, I've harnessed the power of Pivot Table analysis to fortify our operations and uphold quality standards. At the heart of my approach is the strategic utilization of Excel's Pivot Table feature. This tool empowers me to distill complex data into actionable insights that drive informed decision-making. By organizing, summarizing, and cross-referencing critical shipment data, I've played a pivotal role in elevating our quality control processes. Through Pivot Table analysis, I've successfully identified trends, patterns, and potential anomalies in international shipments like the ABKI01 EML Pre-Alert Lazada Shipment. By diving deep into data like shipment details, dates, and performance metrics, I've facilitated precise quality assessments that ensure shipments meet stringent standards.

During my previous work at my previous company, I was tasked with making a report on the AWB A4 paper. So, the AWB A4 Paper Check Report aims to improve the accuracy and quality of A4 paper shipments by identifying cases where normal paper has been used instead of A4 paper for printing. The use of Excel spreadsheets and data analysis techniques provided valuable insights into the accuracy and quality of A4 paper shipments. By identifying cases of normal paper printing, the project helped to ensure that only genuine A4 paper products were shipped, and that the quality of the products met customer expectations.

During my previous employment, a significant responsibility entailed delving into the analysis of misdeclared parcel weights. In order to facilitate this process, I implemented the creation of an Excel spreadsheet to systematically document the weights of incoming parcels. The spreadsheet was meticulously structured to encompass essential fields, capturing pertinent information including the parcel's factual weight, dimensions, size, and the weight indicated on the air waybill (AWB). Through a meticulous comparison between the authentic weight of the parcel and the weight indicated on the AWB, the extent and nature of any potential misdeclarations were meticulously discerned. This proactive approach not only streamlined the identification of inaccuracies but also enabled the implementation of corrective measures where necessary, contributing to improved accuracy and compliance within the parcel handling process.
