Ideation

Tell us about your assignment's idea for this week. Why do you care about this idea? What were you inspired by?

I inspired this idea from smae concept of my assignment in week 7 car crash arlarm but it based in temperature by GUI

it is a basic circuits with push button like alarm when the temperature got to a certain temperature the serial monitor show me the temp degree then I press the bottom to turn the led on like a light alarm.

and i make a user interface with processing software to do a graphical botton .

Which software/machines/materials did you use this week? Why?

the components :

breadboard.
arduino uno
teperature sensor
push botton
wiers
led
resistor

using tankercade connecting the the led and resistor in breadboard to the arduino board and connect the push button to pin 8 in arduino by wire and the temperature sensor to A0 and 5v and gnd

when the temperature got to the maxmaum value the serial mentor show me the the degree then I put to the bottom to turn on the led

then I transfare the bottom in board to the graphical botton interface when using processing software also when the temp degree go to maxmaum i press to the graphical botton in labtop to turn the led on .

lighting alarm system.

the software I use is tinkercade and arduino ide and processing gui software.

Explain the design process of your assignment. How did you use the tool/software to design and/or simulate your assignment?

The idea of the project is an alarm system through lighting to reach a certain temperature, press the buttons, and then transfer the idea to graphicl user inter face .

firstly I connect the component in breadboard and arduin through wire and then I write the code in arduino ide and do the function with real botton on board then I use processing to transfare the real botton to graphical botton

i ask my peer Ali for help and he helped me the gui processing code and he solved me some problems in the code and then i showed him my project to give a feed back

i faced some problems in the setup the processing software that problem did not solved because I have eror in my lab so I use my peer labtop to implement the processing code

How can you use the skills and knowledge that you've acquired this week in your final project?

i did not use the graphical interface in my project so I leanrt an new amazing tool I can use it if I want . and implement it in the future In my new projects

using graphical botton more powerful and it so cool more than the physical botton
