my assignment this week:
1-A quick visit to the Fab Lab, I got to know the machines in the place like 3d printer and laser cutting and pcb router machine and cnc router machine .
i Editing a file for laser cutting Using laser works software and cut it by laser cutting.
i Editing a file for 3D Printing Using Prusa Slicer software and printed it by 3D printer.
2-Assemble and operate a kit game .

i used "original prusa i3 mk2s kit 3D printer" to print my first model using material "PLA filament" by using Prusa Slicer software.
and i used laser cutting machine to cut my first design using material "plywood " by using laserworkV6 software.

3D Printing::
1-for software :i used prusaSlicer to edit my first design and get the g-code file to print it ,and make sure The sample 3D model (*.STL) was properly sliced. The file is less than or at the time or weight limit .
2-for tool: I load my .stl file in the machine card and download it and choose the my file name to print it.
3-prepare the machine and make sure for filament and start printing the model.
4- 3D printer start print : first machine make sure for scale of board and start heating the board and filament then start printing.
Laser cutting:
for software : I used laserworkV6 to edit the design and select the scanning part(300 speed,25 power) and cutting part(23 speed,65 power) .
import the .dxf or .rld file to the pc and Download the file to the machine then go to the laser cutting screen and chose the file name then power on the machine and start the operation by scanning and engraving the model.
after finishing cutting we power off the machine and take the model..

I discovered by chance during the med_section that the bell in my game kit was not working, so I asked my instractor who directed me to make sure that I put the bell in the correct place on the electronic board .

It was a really amazing visit to the Fab Lab, where I got to know the wonderful place and the amazing machines and how to use them
