Why do some speakers sound more "intelligent" than others, even if they speak with an accent? One feature of "eloquence" is vocabulary range. These adverbs and adverbial phrases are grammatical units which also widen your "lexical library" and, used well, can help you sound more eloquent, even if you have an accent, your vocabulary is not always accurate, or you make grammatical mistakes. So dedicate a good amount of time to this page: dissect, digest and assimilate!
