Marks and Final Grade

Each of the outcomes of the the various professional activities will be marks using OAR. However, each outcome is weighted differently in the final mark.  

1. Research Proposal = 20% of the final grade 

2. Data Collection and Analysis = 20% of the final grade 

3. Abstract = 10% of the final grade 

4. Research Product = 20% of the final grade 

5. Poster = 15% of the final grade 

6. Presentation = 15% of the final grade 

Therefore the final grade for the course will be determined based on the following formula:

Final mark = (Research Proposal * 0.20) + (Data Collection and Analysis * 0.20) + (Abstract * 0.10) + (Research Product * 0.20) + (Poster * 0.15) + (Presentation 0.15)
