Certificates

All students are required to complete the following certificates: 

Mandatory:

• Declaration form

• Health & Safety training (as a “Postsecondary Student on an Unpaid Work Placement”)

• TCPS2

• Team STEPPS Canada 

Once completed, please submit proof of completion for each on Canvas.

Not-mandatory, but may be required for some placements:

• Proof of immunization, 

• Criminal Reference Check (CPIC) 

  • Please check with your Research Tutor. If required, these need to be submitted via email to the course coordinator (Dr. Dubrowski).
